Technical SEO Audits & Indexing Support

PolTech House provides technical SEO audits for U.S. businesses whose websites are difficult to crawl, index or navigate. This service focuses on website diagnostics and implementation priorities. For an ongoing content and search strategy, see our SEO services.

The audit begins with your website and, when available, Google Search Console evidence. We distinguish pages that cannot be crawled from pages Google has discovered but not indexed, and separate technical errors from content or authority gaps.

  • Robots directives, noindex tags and crawl access
  • Sitemap coverage and submitted URL consistency
  • Canonical URLs, duplicate pages and redirect chains
  • Internal links, missing headings and service-page discovery
  • Mobile page experience, image delivery and performance diagnostics
  • Structured data compared with the visible business information

You receive a prioritized issue list with affected URLs, supporting evidence and recommended fixes. Implementation scope depends on your platform and the access available. We verify agreed changes on the live pages and record items requiring hosting or third-party support.

For Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, a page must be indexed and eligible for a search snippet. We focus on accessible text, clear service explanations, factual information and internal links. No special AI file or schema guarantees inclusion.

Technical fixes do not guarantee indexing or rankings. Search engines decide when to crawl and which pages to display. Where performance tracking is available, we compare the baseline with later indexing and search data.

Technical SEO Audit Questions

What access is needed?

A public site is enough for an initial crawl. Search Console access adds indexing evidence. Administrator or hosting access is needed only for the fixes agreed in scope.

Does discovered but not indexed always mean a technical error?

No. Google may know a URL without selecting it for indexing. We check accessibility, duplication, page usefulness and discovery signals before recommending a change.
